1. Service Provision

TWINOPO provides an industrial intelligence platform comprising digital twin visualization, simulation, and predictive analytics. Access to the platform requires a valid enterprise license agreement.

2. Predictions and Simulations

Simulated and predicted values presented within the TWINOPO platform are modeled estimates intended to assist operational decision-making. TWINOPO does not guarantee real-world physical outcomes based on these simulations.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer the Twin Engine, intentionally overload the API infrastructure, or use the platform to manage hazardous physical environments without appropriate secondary safety systems in place.
